Outlook 2003 and 2007

Follow these steps to configure SMTP as your outgoing mail server in Outlook:

• Open Ms Outlook

• Click Next

• Click yes for E-mail Account

• Click Next

• In Auto account setup select manual configure server setting

• Click Next

• Choose Internet E-mail in E-mail service

• Click Next

• Write SMTP in outgoing mail server

• Go to more settings…

• In outgoing server select my outgoing server (SMTP)

• Give user name and password

• Go to advanced

• Select outgoing server (SMTP) – 587

• Click ok then finish

Windows Live Mail 2011

Follow these steps to configure SMTP as your outgoing mail server/ set up new account in Windows Live Mail:

• Go to Windows Live Mail

• Give email address, password and a user name

• Select manual configure server setting

• Click Next

• In server setting write POP

• Give mail address in server address

• Put SMTP in outgoing server

• Give a logon user name

• Click Next

• Click finish

Eudora Mail

Follow these steps to configure SMTP as your outgoing mail server/ set up new account in Eudora Mail:

• Open Eudora Mail

• Select ‘create a new account’

• Click Next

• Give your name

• Click Next

• Give email address

• Click Next

• Give user name

• Click Next

• Select POP as incoming mail server

• Click Next

• Select SMTP as outgoing mail server

• Click Next

• Click finish

Mozilla Thunderbird

Follow these steps to configure SMTP as your outgoing mail server/ set up new account in Mozilla Thunderbird:

• Open Mozilla Thunderbird

• Give your name, email address and password

• Click continue

• Select POP as incoming mail server

• Select manual configuration in account setting

• Select SMTP as outgoing mail server

• Give user name

• Click Done
